    At a Hearth Premier Senior Living Community, we offer a monthly rental option. So to help you determine affordability, first consider all of the fees that your parent or loved one may be currently paying. This could include property tax, home owners insurance, subdivision or association fees, utilities, lawn care and snow removal. Once you’ve determined the total figure, we encourage you to compare it with our affordable options. In fact, Hearth Senior Living is proud to offer a variety of funding solutions for seniors and their families seeking finance options.

    We offer several apartment floor plans, and their monthly fees are contingent on the apartment size chosen and level of care needed for your loved one to live safely with the services they need.

    No. All Hearth Senior Living communities are private-pay. However, certain long-term care policies cover Assisted Living rent and care. Check with your insurance carrier for coverage options. In addition, Hearth Senior Living offers a variety of funding solutions for you to consider.

    No. You may move out at any time with a proper written notice.

    Yes. Pets are allowed in our Independent Living and Assisted Living communities (some weight restrictions apply). Pets are not allowed in our Memory Care neighborhoods.

  • Animated Arrow for QuestionsDo I need to bring my own furnishings?

    Since we want you to feel at home right away, we encourage you to set up your apartment with the furniture and decorations you love.

    Smoking is not allowed inside any of our communities. However, some communities do have designated outside smoking areas.
